Dr. Schulman enjoys hiking, camping, and biking during his free time.
Biography
Dr. Schulman was born in Columbia, Maryland. He received his bachelor’s degree from UVA, where he majored in Human Biology and graduated with high distinction. He then spent a year working in a microbiology lab at the Naval Medical Research Center in Silver Spring, Maryland before pursuing medical school at VCU.
Dr. Schulman completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Illinois College of Medicine followed by fellowship in Infectious Diseases at Rush University Medical Center and Cook County Hospital.
He is thrilled to join Dupont Circle Physicians Group and particularly excited to care for LGBTQ patients with focus on HIV treatment and prevention.
