Referral Requests
To obtain a referral, patients must first meet with their primary physician to determine if they require a specialist.
Once you have obtained a referral and have made your appointment, you will need to send the appointment information to Dupont Circle Physicians Group with the following information.

Request must be made 48 hours before your appointment in order to the referral will be there for your appointment.
